Military & Civilian | Unmanned Aviation
No other aircraft group is paid as much attention today as the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle - or UAV - generically referred to as drones.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) - typically referred to in media (rather erroneaously) as 'drones' - have gone beyond their original data-collecting roles over the battlefield to infiltrate daily life. They are used to satisfy requirements of many major and minor military and commercial markets including reconnaissance, general surveying, wildlife management, border control, commercial delivery, and real estate. UAVs come in many shapes and sizes and are bred for a myriad of roles to suit customer need. From this we have assembled a large collection of such aircraft types below that includes those systems still under development.
There are a total of [ 267 ] Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) entries in the Military Factory. Entries are listed below in alphanumeric order (1-to-Z). Flag images indicative of country of origin and not necessarily the primary operator.
