The IXI "Dronekiller" is a man-portable Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) developed and marketed by IXI Electronic Warfare based out of Yorba Linda, California. The system is designed to detect, defeat, and defend through neutralization of compact, low-flying enemy drone aircraft. The company produces a series of EW-related solutions including the "Cadence" RF sensor and "Duet" jammer systems.

The Dronekiller anti-UAS solution is given a "rifle-life" form with underslung pistol grip / trigger section, solid shoulder stock, and over-frame action. As the grip is integrated into the frame, a thumbhole for the primary hand is punched out at center. A short overhang at the front of the system allows for support from the second hand. Over the frame is a relatively long section of Picatinny rail for the mounting of various tactical accessories (though primarily sighting devices). Similarly, there is a shorter section of rail under the frame, ahead of the grip and trigger section. Optionally, side rails are offered.

The complete unit weighs in at just 8.8 pounds and its familiar shape makes it easily transportable by infantry units on-the-march. As such, it can also be equipped from vehicles and maritime vessels by the operator. Dimensions include a running length of 25" with a height of 9" and a depth of 5.1".

The C-UAS can reach out to aerial targets 1,000 meters away and utilizes both CZ and GPS links, neutralizing signals being received by the enemy UAS (resulting in communications loss). Operating bands include 915MHz, 433MHz, 5.8GHz, 5.2GHz, and 2.4GHz. Power to the unit is via a rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack with an optional auxiliary 12V vehicle connection. The battery pack allows for operation windows of up to 1.5 hours.
