    Ribbon Colors: red; yellow; white; blue


    Description (Ribbon):

    Banded ribbon with colors arranged in red-white-blue-white-red-yellow-red-white-blue-white-red order.


    Description (Medal):

    Rounded bronze form depicting eagle with lowered wings. Eagle stands on sword, palm branch, and open wreath. To the right of the eagle's feet are oak leaves and to the left side are laurel leaves. The reverse side of the medal has the U.S. Coat of Arms. An open wreath sits below it - made up as half oak leaves and half laurel leaves.
