The Ilyushin IL-114 regional turboprop airliner has seen limited production figures to date - though a move has been made to ramp up numbers.

August 2019 - Long-time fighter-maker Mikoyan (RSK MiG) has announced plans to assist in serial production of the IL-114 turboprop regional airliner.

December 2020 - A modernized IL-114-300 has successfully completed its first-flight. The action took place on December 16th, 2020 from Zhukovsky.

August 2021 - Flight trials of the IL-114 prototype have been suspended due to engine issues related to the fatal crash of the IL-112V prototype - which shares the same powerplant.
